Cimarrón has big news for their fans. On may 11th the band released the first single of new album Orinoco. The song is titled “Ponle pasión” and talks about finding happiness in life through singing and dancing.
In an attempt to re-discover their musical roots, Cimarrón created an unique sound based on African-colombian influences.
Singer Ana Veydó puts again her powerful voice to perform a beautiful poem about passion for life and enjoying every moment.
Cimarrón does not lose their traditional sense and harpist Carlos “Cuco” Rojas plays a beautiful loop for the intro.
“Ponle pasión” can be listened on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music and all digital platforms.
Orinoco is the third studio album from Cimarrón. It’s a tribute for the Plains of the Orinoco River.
